Let’s Make Cancer History Together: Join Mithrl at AACR 2026

Mithrl

We can’t wait to see you at AACR

AACR is one of the most important gatherings of the year for the cancer research community. This year’s meeting (AACR 2026, April 17-22 in San Diego) will bring together over 22,000 researchers from around the world to share ideas, challenge assumptions, and explore the future of cancer science. With a strong focus on NGS, spatial multi-omics, and single-cell analysis, AACR continues to reflect where the field is heading and where new approaches are most needed.
For us a Mithrl, this year feels especially meaningful.
Following a series of recent milestones, AACR 2026 is an opportunity to share new work, connect with the community, and continue important conversations around how we can better understand and act on complex biological data.
What We’re Bringing to AACR:

New Data: Elephas x Mithrl Collaboration

We’re excited to co-present new work from the Elephas Biosciences and Mithrl collaboration exploring how real-time tumor profiling combined with the Agentic AI Scientific Decision Engine can improve insights into immunotherapy response.
  • Poster Presentation: Multi-agent-augmented analysis of PD-1 checkpoint inhibitor response (Abstract #5695)
  • Date/Time: April 20, 2026, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM PST
  • Location: Section 40
  • Download the poster (stay tuned for after the presentation)

An Evening of Gathering

We’re hosting a gathering to bring together scientists, bioinformaticians, and industry leaders working at the forefront of cancer research.
  • Date/Time: Monday, April 20, 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM PST
  • Request to Join! Space is limited.
  • An informal space to:
    • Exchange ideas across pharma, biotech, and academia
    • Talk through challenges in multi-omics and data interpretation
    • Connect with peers in relaxed setting
    • Great food, drinks, and a bit of fun to round out the evening

Meet the Mithrl Team

Several members of the Mithrl team will be attending AACR, including: Vivek Adarsh (Co-Founder & CEO), Sarosh Naseem (VP of Sales), Michelle Garred (Head of Marketing), Allegra Messinese (GTM, Partnerships), Shilo Barfield (Sr. Enterprise Account Manager), and Ada Shaw (Partnerships and Scientific Collaborations).
If you’re interested in what we’re building, or just want to connect, we’d genuinely enjoy the conversation.

Live Demos at Booth 5046

We’ll be hosting daily demos at our booth, including session led by Co-founder & CEO, Vivek Adarsh.
Daily: 10.00AM
Booth: 5046
AACR is ultimately about conversations – the unexpected ones, the challenging ones, and the ones that lead to new ideas. If this resonates and you are thinking about:
  • How to make sense of increasingly complex datasets
  • How to move from data to decision more effectively
  • Or simply where the field is going next
If that resonates, we’d love to connect at the poster, the booth, or anywhere in between – or send us a note at hello@mithrl.com.
The most valuable conversations at AACR don’t happen on stage — they happen in between.
